(1) Due to app limitation of the current version, sleep monitoring works only during a specific 10 hours time slot. 


From 08pm to 08am on iPhone:

- Sleep (start) time from 08pm to 08am

- Wake up (stop) time from 00am to 08am


From 10pm to 10am on Android phone:

- Sleep (start) time from 10pm to 10am

- Wake up (stop) time from 00am to 10am


(2) You need to connect your watch to the app while monitoring your sleep quality.


Make sure that your watch is properly connected in the app before monitoring your sleep. Keep your phone in close proximity within the Bluetooth range.
