Due to app limitation of the current version, sleep monitoring works from 08pm to 08am time slot:

- Sleep (start) time from 08pm to 08am

- Wake up (stop) time from 00am to 08am


1. Make sure your watch is connected to the app by checking the Bluetooth icon on App Settings.


2. Go to bed wearing your watch on your wrist :-)


3. Hold the first (top) button for 3 seconds. A white LED at 3 o'clock lights up 3 times. You are now in Sleep mode!


4. Go to sleep while keeping your watch in near proximity of your phone. You watch starts monitoring your sleep. You watch must remain connected to the app during sleep monitoring.


5. Once you wake up, disable Sleep Monitoring by holding the first (top) button for 3 seconds, again. A white LED will light up again (but only once), which is an indicator that you have switched your watch into Activity mode.


6. At this point, keep your watch connected to the app. Wait a moment. Check out your sleep result! From the app Sleep screen, you will see you sleep quality result including Total Deep, Light and Awake sleeps.


7. Slide the screen left to display your sleep patterns and more results.

 

8. Repeat these steps nightly when Sleep Tracking is desired. All results will be recorded in the app day by day. Simply tap on Left or Right arrow to consult history.


Remark:

During sleep monitoring, the activity tracking does not work.
