Problem description: If you want to activate and connect again your watch to your iPhone, pls check the following instructions:


1. Disconnect (unbound) your previous watch directly from the app settings page. Tap on  "Disconnect my watch" then confirm.



2. On your iPhone, go in Settings/Bluetooth then enable Bluetooth




3. Under my Devices, select the device "BP42" then Tap Forget This Device



4. Switch OFF then switch ON again your watch by pushing and Holding the Top and Bottom buttons. When turning ON, all 12 LED indicators blink.


5. Make sure that the watch is available in Bluetooth Settings as "BP42". Do not connect the watch here. Quit!



6. Double tap on Home button to access recent apps. Kill the My Timepiece app and launch it again.

 

7. Go to App settings, Select "Connect my watch" then follow the instructions in the app. 



Select your watch by taping on it.



 Just wait, the app search then detect your watch.



Important notice: Your watch is already powered ON. Do not turn OFF the watch by pushing and hold the top and bottom buttons as it is requested on the app.

 

You will be requested to Press and Hold the Top pusher to bond the watch to the phone after 4 LED indicators blink. Wait until the LED indicators blink to confirm watch bonding. Accept any Bluetooth pairing request as well.

 


Your watch is now reconnected. Tap on Begin.
