Problem description: If you are experiencing pairing issues when activating your watch, pls check the following instructions: 


1) Check first that your iPhone is Bluetooth 4.0 enabled.


Your nevo watch will only work with iPhone 4S and latest versions. Don't forget to enable Bluetooth in Phone Settings.

Place your watch near the phone within 1 m range.



2) You can only pair the watch in the app, not directly in Phone Bluetooth Settings.


After downloading My Timepiece app, enable bluetooth in Phone Settings then connect the watch directly in the app. Do not try to connect the watch directly in Phone Settings.


Important notice: make sure that your app is up to date.



3) Before reconnecting the watch, kill the app or restart your phone.


Double tap on Home button and close all recents apps including My Timepiece app. You can also restart your iPhone.



4) Did you activate (turn ON) your watch? 


The watch is delivered powered "OFF" for shipping. Before using your watch, you must turn it ON.  Push and hold its Top and Bottom pushers. When switching ON, all 12 LED indicators on the dial blink. 


To check that your watch is ON, push the top pusher. If you have at least 2 led (green and white) that lights On, it is Ok.




5) Did you turned OFF your watch without noticing ?


You may turned OFF your watch without noticing. In that case, push and hold its Top and Bottom pushers to turn ON your watch. When switching OFF, 6 LED indicators blink. 


If no LED indicators light ON on the dial when pushing to top button, your watch is probably OFF.

Important notice: If you watch has been turned OFF while using it. You must forget the device in Phone Bluetooth Settings and link your watch with the app again. 



6) Does your device visible in Settings / Bluetooth ?


After turning On bluetooth on your phone, you should see “BP42”as an available device. Do not try to connect here. If not, you watch is probably Off or the battery is dead.



7) Did you put your watch in sleep mode without noticing ?


You may put your watch in sleep mode without noticing. In sleep mode, the activity tracking is not working and no activity data will be updated on the app when connecting the watch. You may think that your watch has connecting issue.


If the 3 o'clock LED indicator flashes 3 times on the dial when pushing the top button, your watch is in sleep mode. To put it back in Activity mode, push and hold the top botton until the LED indicator blinks once.




8) You already activated your watch but it does not connect anymore. Did you check the battery of your watch ?


When pushing the Top pusher, no LED indicators lights ON. Your watch battery should be dead. Pls replace it and try again following the instructions in the Quick Start Guide and using the battery door opener.



9) Are you trying to connect a new watch from the same collection?


You can only connect one watch to the iPhone at a time. To connect a new watch, you must "forget" the previous one. Forget the device in Phone Bluetooth Settings and link your watch with the app again.




10) Do you have more than one watch from the same collection in proximity of the phone?


It is very important during initial activation and pairing that only one watch is communicating with your phone!  To avoid this issue, move any other Nevo watch or other Bluetooth device well out of Bluetooth range until after initial activation and during subsequent re-pairing sequences.
